Do you have a Multi-Family property that you'd like to sell?

Hometown Housing would be interested in evaluating any multi-family properties that may or may not be on the listed real estate market.

Our primary guidelines would include items listed below, but we'd be interested in talking even if there's a bit of question as to whether they are all met.

    • Is your home structurally sound? This includes items like foundations, rafter, and wall framing.
      • While this doesn't necessarily rule out a property, it does make it more difficult for us to give a market value price for the home.
    • Are there some major repairs needed? This includes items like the roof, siding, windows and electrical.
      • We understand most homes need something in this area and that's totally ok!

We can also work to make sure that the deal works for you!

    • Do you want to continue to live in the property after the sale? We can work with that!
